After tech #1 tried to install 2 new units that were way over priced, and tech#2 (with warranty company) gave false information and refused to use diagnostic tools to find the real issue; Greenstar came out and gave us an honest and thorough diagnosis with a straightforward and fair estimate. Greenstar has been so good to us! We live in a brand new home and our AC has gone out 4 times (with other companies doing the work)Greenstar listened to everything, and said they would take care of us. Due to the shortage in AC parts they couldn’t do the job as quickly as they wanted to. Todd came to my house with window units to make sure we had some cold air. Seth and Christian came out today and fixed my AC and they were so nice and professional. They did the job quickly, and answered all my questions. My mom also uses Greenstar and has been very satisfied with the work they do. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC work done. They are honest and don’t overcharge for anything.
