My experience with Jason was by far the best he was very honest with me and professional he gave me his word that my Ac would be up and running at 110% and he was very understanding and concerned with my financial concerns, also with a working Ac for the night and future Ac needs I totally recommend Greenstar Heating and Air Thanks

We had a bit of a mystery on our hands. Previous HVAC company couldn’t figure out what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. Greenstar came out the first time and fixed it, thinking a bug on the contacts was causing the thing to blow or some wire that had been stapled through. The tech told me not to pay the bill for 5 days to make sure the problem was solved. The fuse blew again 4 days later, and I called them, and they came out that day. This time they found other wires that had tiny flaws, and they’re sure they got it done. Other company I was using gave up and quit responding. Greenstar was great about coming out and being on time, and they were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved. 🙂 I’ll use them from now on.

Jason is a very nice man. Luckily it was not a major issue. He gave me future solution we could do to prevent this from happening again. Willing to do whatever. 5 star on service for sure. However I do wish they would have more people able to answer the phone on all hours of the night because they do advertise 24/7 service. It took over 7ish hours before I actually got someone to pick up. It took 13 hours from start to finish. A little long when it’s peak of summer in texas.

Greenstar did a heat pump system install for us. We were given several different quotes with different options and budgets, so we could pick the one to meet our needs. Prices were fair. Installation crew was professional and really went above and beyond to get the job done.

At this point we’ve used Greenstar twice and both times warrant multiple positive reviews. I have experienced 8 different issues with this unit before using Greenstar and every company before them only sent Sales Consultants who openly told us they couldn’t diagnose the unit but could sell us a new one.

Mike was our first technician out and he was knowledgeable, personable, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. Mike explained our options thoroughly and got our unit running again in the middle of an extremely hot day. Thanks Mike!

Jason came out today on a Saturday and provided us with a phenomenal service that was exactly in line with Mike’s previous findings. Jason really goes above and beyond to provide an unforgettable service. He was genuine in his approach and made us comfortable knowing he had our situation under control.

Hand was very polite cleaned up after himself and kept job site spotless.
