After tech #1 tried to install 2 new units that were way over priced, and tech#2 (with warranty company) gave false information and refused to use diagnostic tools to find the real issue; Greenstar came out and gave us an honest and thorough diagnosis with a straightforward and fair estimate. They have gone above and beyond helping us and I would highly recommend them!

At this point we’ve used Greenstar twice and both times warrant multiple positive reviews. I have experienced 8 different issues with this unit before using Greenstar and every company before them only sent Sales Consultants who openly told us they couldn’t diagnose the unit but could sell us a new one.

Greenstar was great when we needed a new unit installed. They worked with our budget and were easily the most affordable company that we got a quote from. They did the install fast and got us set up within one afternoon. They also called ahead to let me know how many vehicles and how many workers were coming out so I would feel comfortable and not be surprised. I really appreciated that as it’s a very considerate thing for a company to do that had never been done before.

Jason is a very nice man. Luckily it was not a major issue. He gave me future solution we could do to prevent this from happening again. Willing to do whatever. 5 star on service for sure. However I do wish they would have more people able to answer the phone on all hours of the night because they do advertise 24/7 service. It took over 7ish hours before I actually got someone to pick up. It took 13 hours from start to finish. A little long when it’s peak of summer in texas.

Jason was able to fit us in when our A/C went out in 95 degree weather. He was professional and was honest about what the problem was without being pushy about the services. I highly recommend them.
