Greenstar and Jason have bent over backwards helping me with this. They tried more than one thing to help me limp along and has helped me for the last 4 years to keep my unit going and this last week we pulled the trigger and got an all new inside and outside unit and it runs great!!! At this point we’ve used Greenstar twice and both times warrant multiple positive reviews. I have experienced 8 different issues with this unit before using Greenstar and every company before them only sent Sales Consultants who openly told us they couldn’t diagnose the unit but could sell us a new one.
Mike was our first technician out and he was knowledgeable, personable, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. Mike explained our options thoroughly and got our unit running again in the middle of an extremely hot day. Thanks Mike!

Jason at Greenstar helped me get a system that works best for the house design in 2017. Since then he and his crew have worked even on weekends to get me fixed when needed.
I truly cannot recommend Greenstar highly enough. They drove 45 minutes out to my place, and then did it again the next day due to my own stupidity. They stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to install an AC system and make sure all of my questions were answered.
