Called to replace a leaking, corroded evaporator coil for a 3 yr old Lennox System. They didn’t charge to diagnose the issue. Only to fix it. Also, because the part was delayed by Lennox they refilled our refrigerant at no cost. Labor cost was also lower than expected. Went above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Jason was by far the best he was very honest with me and professional he gave me his word that my Ac would be up and running at 110% and he was very understanding and concerned with my financial concerns, also with a working Ac for the night and future Ac needs I totally recommend Greenstar Heating and Air Thanks

CHRISTIE was amazing professional and concerned to help ..Leak on HVAC system Jason the owner came to see the problem then the next day in the morning 3 guys showed and fixed our unit in the attic well done thank you to all….Our unit is 3 years and they treated us just like we were the only customers.

Jason is a very nice man. Luckily it was not a major issue. He gave me future solution we could do to prevent this from happening again. Willing to do whatever. 5 star on service for sure. However I do wish they would have more people able to answer the phone on all hours of the night because they do advertise 24/7 service. It took over 7ish hours before I actually got someone to pick up. It took 13 hours from start to finish. A little long when it’s peak of summer in texas.

They were very nice and professional, I needed someone to look at my hvac system that day they said no problem and made it out and I was at work and wife was home and they made everything super easy and simple and explained it not only to her but also called me at work and explained it as well. I would highly recommend green star to anyone needing A/C services!!

We had a bit of a mystery on our hands. Previous HVAC company couldn’t figure out what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. Greenstar came out the first time and fixed it, thinking a bug on the contacts was causing the thing to blow or some wire that had been stapled through. The tech told me not to pay the bill for 5 days to make sure the problem was solved. The fuse blew again 4 days later, and I called them, and they came out that day. This time they found other wires that had tiny flaws, and they’re sure they got it done. Other company I was using gave up and quit responding. Greenstar was great about coming out and being on time, and they were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved. 🙂 I’ll use them from now on.
