Very informative, professional team. Jason came out, reviewed where we were with our current system and gave his recommendation and estimate. Estimate seemed fair, so we set up appointment for install. Team came for install, in just shy of 5 hours had old system removed and a new and improved AC unit installed. Very courteous team of guys. Very appreciated, and sitting here enjoying the cooler ac. Thank you

The guys were straight forward and honest, showed up when they said, responded to all questions, and priced better then anyone else! I wouldn’t use any other company for AC/heater needs.
We had a bit of a mystery on our hands. Previous HVAC company couldn’t figure out what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. Greenstar came out the first time and fixed it, thinking a bug on the contacts was causing the thing to blow or some wire that had been stapled through. The tech told me not to pay the bill for 5 days to make sure the problem was solved. The fuse blew again 4 days later, and I called them, and they came out that day. This time they found other wires that had tiny flaws, and they’re sure they got it done. Other company I was using gave up and quit responding. Greenstar was great about coming out and being on time, and they were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved. 🙂 I’ll use them from now on.
I truly cannot recommend Greenstar highly enough. They drove 45 minutes out to my place, and then did it again the next day due to my own stupidity. They stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to install an AC system and make sure all of my questions were answered.
