Greenstar has been a Godsend! After tech #1 tried to install 2 new units that were way over priced, and tech#2 (with warranty company) gave false information and refused to use diagnostic tools to find the real issue; Greenstar came out and gave us an honest and thorough diagnosis with a straightforward and fair estimate.
